By accessing or using Theia Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

Description of Service

Theia Vault is an AI-powered platform for mortgage and real estate professionals. The service includes CRM functionality, AI-driven outreach campaigns, document analysis, inbox monitoring, and related tools.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the security of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Theia Vault for any illegal activity, unauthorized data scraping, or reselling of access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

GAIA Labs LLC owns all rights to the Theia Vault platform, including its software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of all data, documents, and contact information you upload to the service.

Payment Terms

Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Refunds are provided at the company's discretion.

Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of all uploaded documents and contact data. You may export or delete your data at any time. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Service Availability

We make best efforts to maintain service availability. However, we do not guarantee uptime SLA for standard plans. Enterprise customers may have separate agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAIA Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted from our systems.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
