Theia Vault vs Lofty:
two takes on agentic AI.
Lofty and Theia Vault both describe their AI as agents that do the work — so the useful comparison isn't the slogan, it's what you're signing up to depend on. With Lofty, your website, your ad spend, your lead flow, and your CRM run through one vendor, priced by quote. With Theia Vault, you buy leads from whoever you want — portals, ads, or none at all — and a fleet of agents works every one of them in a database you own outright, at a price you can read without a sales call.
At a glance
Everything in the Lofty column comes from Lofty's public marketing or cited third-party reporting, checked August 2026. Lofty doesn't publish pricing, so every dollar figure for them is an estimate — sourced below.

Both say "agentic." Here's what to actually check.
Lofty (formerly Chime) now headlines itself as an "agentic AI Operating System," with a named lineup: Cowork as a business partner, a Sales Agent positioned as a 24/7 virtual ISA, a Homeowner Agent that surfaces potential sellers, a Social Agent for marketing, and custom agents you configure. It's a genuinely ambitious set, and if you're evaluating AI in real estate you should look at it.
The questions worth asking any vendor using that language — including us: What does the agent actually do without me? What does it cost on top of the base plan? And what is it working on — leads I bought, or the database I already own? Lofty's AI Sales Agent is reported to price by lead volume on top of the package, and much of the platform's gravity is around generating and working new leads. Theia Vault's agents are included in the $149 and are aimed at the book of business you've spent years building: every contact re-scored nightly on real engagement, follow-up drafted in your voice and sent from your own Gmail or Outlook, every deal watched.
Where Lofty is genuinely stronger
Lofty is the broader platform, and for a lot of teams that breadth is exactly the point:
- Lead generation as a service. Lofty advertises 30+ lead-gen methods and runs paid ad campaigns for you. Theia Vault doesn't sell leads or manage ad spend at all.
- IDX websites. Consumer-facing property search is core to their offering; we don't build websites.
- Power dialer and social automation. If your day is outbound calling and social posting, that's built in — Theia Vault has no native dialer.
- One vendor for everything. Website, leads, ads, CRM, dialer, and AI on a single bill has real operational appeal.
The trade-off is cost and commitment: reported entry pricing is several times ours before setup fees, AI add-ons, and ad-management percentages, and you can't see any of it without a sales call.
Where Theia Vault is different
We made the opposite bet: the machine you should own is the one that works the leads, not the one that sells them. Theia Vault is source-agnostic — leads you buy from portals, leads from your own ads, open-house sign-ins, referrals, and the past clients you stopped calling all land in one database you own, and the agents work all of it. Outreach gets drafted in your voice and sent from your real inbox. Every contact is re-scored nightly on real engagement signals. For lenders and LO teams, full loan files get read, calculated, and cross-checked in minutes. And when a lead source stops earning its keep, you swap it — the machine keeps running.
It runs on a private AI grounded in your contacts, deals, and documents. Your data stays in your tenant, never trains anyone else's model, and is exportable if you leave. And the price is on the website — $149/month, no setup fee, no contract, no percentage of your ad spend.
Choose them if
You want lead flow as a service
- You want one vendor generating your leads, running your ads, and hosting your website — and you're fine with your lead flow living with that vendor.
- You need an IDX website and a power dialer in the same platform.
- You have the budget for a quoted package plus setup, add-ons, and ad-management fees.
Choose Theia Vault if
You want to own the machine that works them
- You buy leads wherever the math works — portals, ads, anyone — and want every source feeding one database you own.
- Your biggest untapped pipeline is the leads you've already paid for and the past clients nobody has time to work.
- You want the agents included flat: $149/mo, no lead-volume metering, no percentage of ad spend, no contract.
Frequently asked
How much does Lofty cost?
Lofty doesn't publish pricing — its pricing page is a request form, and it says cost varies by package, seat count, upgrades, and lead-gen programs. Third-party reporting puts entry packages around $449/month, mid-tier around $700/month, and enterprise around $1,500/month, with setup fees reported between $299 and $1,499. Those are estimates; your quote may differ.
How much does Theia Vault cost?
$149/month solo, or $129 per user per month for teams up to 5 users — published on the site. No setup fee, month-to-month, and every plan starts with a free trial without a credit card.
Lofty also says it has AI agents. What's the difference?
Lofty markets an 'agentic AI Operating System' with named agents for prospecting, social media, and seller discovery, and its AI Sales Agent is reported to carry a per-lead-volume add-on cost. Theia Vault's agents are included in the plan price and are pointed at the database you already own: drafting outreach in your voice from your own inbox, re-scoring every lead nightly on real engagement, and reading loan documents for lender teams. The honest summary is that both companies use agentic language — the differences to check are what the agents actually do, what they cost, and whether the pricing is published.
Does Theia Vault generate leads like Lofty does?
No, and that's a deliberate choice rather than a gap. Lofty bundles lead generation into the platform, including paid ad management for a reported 15–20% of your ad spend — so your lead flow and your CRM come from the same vendor. Theia Vault is source-agnostic: buy leads from any portal, ad platform, or vendor you choose, or work referrals and your sphere, and every one of them lands in a database you own, gets re-scored nightly, and gets worked by the agents. When a lead source stops performing, you swap it without touching the machine that works your leads.
Does Lofty require a contract?
Lofty doesn't publish contract terms. Third-party reporting on Lofty pricing recommends asking whether a quote requires an annual commitment and whether month-to-month is available. Theia Vault is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
Can I use Theia Vault alongside my current platform?
Yes. Import contacts and pipeline from CSV, connect Gmail or Outlook, and Theia starts working the same day. Since there's no contract and the trial doesn't need a credit card, you can run it next to whatever you use now before deciding anything.
